Reading longer documents, automatic titles and fixes
Our latest update makes batch uploads more useful, especially for longer PDFs.
- Better handling of longer PDFs. We've improved how CurAI-it handles larger and longer PDFs, including in batch uploads, so drafts draw on the full document. If any pages can't be read, we'll let you know.
- Previews for batch PDFs. Documents from a batch upload now show a preview image on their card.
- Automatic titles for batch uploads. Turn on Auto Titles and each item gets a suggested title, even if the document's text is read after the item is created. You can change it at any time.
- Your titles stay yours. If you've edited a title, CurAI-it won't replace it with a suggestion.
- Fresher descriptions when you retry. If you ask CurAI-it to read an item's text again, the suggested description updates to match. Anything you've written yourself is left alone.
- Clearer messages. You'll now see a clear message if CurAI-it can't start reading a document, and a document is marked as partly read if not every page could be read.
- A smoother import. We've improved the import wizard, so the record counts on the Review step are clearer and show exactly what will be imported.
- Security improvements. We've strengthened security behind the scenes to help keep your account safe.
As always, CurAI-it drafts and you stay in control of what gets saved.
